Al-Futtaim Contracting wins major deal for 142 luxury villas at Eden Hills Dubai
Nature-led masterplan integrates green spaces with pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood layout
DUBAI – Al-Futtaim Contracting has been awarded a significant construction contract for 142 ultra-luxury villas at Eden Hills, a landmark residential development by H&H in Dubai.
The appointment further reinforces the company’s position in the UAE’s premium residential construction sector.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2028 and is expected to add a new benchmark in high-end villa living. It also reflects continued investor confidence in Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
Villa designs
The development will feature four bespoke five-bedroom villa typologies named Vera, Mira, Maia, and Bella. Each design has been crafted to reflect a distinct architectural identity while maintaining a unified luxury aesthetic across the community. Architecture for the project has been designed by Loci, while interiors have been curated by Studio M. Al-Futtaim Contracting will serve as the main contractor, overseeing construction delivery across the entire development.
The signing of the agreement took place in the presence of senior representatives from both organisations, including Shahab Lutfi, Chairman of H&H, Miltos Bosinis, CEO of H&H, and Murali S, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Contracting. The collaboration marks another milestone in Al-Futtaim Contracting’s expanding portfolio of high-value residential and lifestyle developments across the UAE.
Eden Hills
Eden Hills is positioned as a nature-led residential community designed to blend contemporary architecture with landscaped surroundings. The masterplan incorporates expansive green spaces and wellness-focused living, anchored by a Central Wadi that connects distinct neighbourhoods. Pedestrian-friendly pathways and low-density planning are central to the design, reflecting rising demand for more private and environmentally integrated living environments in Dubai’s luxury segment.
The development includes a range of five- and six-bedroom villas set across carefully planned districts, offering a balance between exclusivity and community interaction. Its design philosophy focuses on spatial openness, natural integration, and long-term residential value.
